Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 June 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Log It at logit.flights. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Log It is a digital pilot logbook for recording flights and viewing stats, currency and a map. It is a convenience tool — you remain responsible for maintaining any official logbook records required by your aviation authority and for verifying the accuracy of your entries and currency calculations.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans & billing

Log It offers a free plan (one logged flight per calendar month) and paid subscriptions (£4.99/month or £39/year) billed through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break security or access others' data, and no disruption of the service.

6. Your data

You own the logbook data you enter. You grant us the limited right to host and process it solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that stats, currency windows or other calculations are error-free or suitable for any official purpose; always verify against authoritative sources.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Log It is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using Log It at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? Email hello@logit.flights.
